This site is run by Wayne Ruff. It collects as little as it can get away with, and what it does collect is described below in plain terms.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the name, email address, phone number and message you typed, together with the title of the painting you were looking at if you wrote from a piece's page. That is the whole of it.
Why
So that Wayne can reply to you. Enquiries are kept so that a conversation started months ago still makes sense when it continues.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores the database and images on our behalf. Enquiry notifications are delivered by email through the same provider. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising network on this site.
Cookies and analytics
There is no analytics or advertising tracking here. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark preference, which never leaves your device. Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script.
Asking us to delete it
Write to us through the contact page and we will remove your enquiry and any record of it.
